50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins. $500 minimum deposit for soft tans. Pedestal, wood bases, rock, and habitat formations are extra. Crating, shipping, repair, form modification, and skin/cape replacement are additional costs. Customer has 30 days to pay balance and pick up after completion notification; $5/day per mount storage fee charged after 30 days (becomes shop property after 90 days).
